Indochine Cruise has 4 decks with a variety of amenities that can contain up to 110 passengers onboard:
On the first deck, there is a Tonkin Restaurant with 12 Junior Suites or 6 Family Connecting cabins. Junior Suite has an area of 32m2 while the Family Connecting has a double atmosphere.
The second deck is where the spa, An Nam restaurant & main bar is located, while the remaining part is for the Junior Suite & 2 Executive Suites, which cover 54m2.
The third deck features a small plunge pool, the Cochinchine Lounge, and a gathering area of 8 Indochine Suite & 1 President Suite.
The fourth deck (sun deck) is for sunbathing, enjoying the panoramic bay view, and Taichi Class.

Cancellation Policy

For Group under 5 cabins:
More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
From 04 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 4 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children Policy
Children below 5 years old is F.O.C sharing room with parents. In case the parent’s room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
Children from 5 to under 11 staying on separate bed: charge 75% adult price, sharing room with parents
2 Child from 5 – under 11 share a private room: 80% adult rate.
